🐶 Supervise Your Dog(s) at All Times
Please stay with your dog(s) throughout your booking. This ensures everyone’s safety and allows you to enjoy the experience together — whether it’s solo fun or a group playdate.

🐾 Sociable Dogs Only for Group Sessions
If you’re booking a Buddy or Party Pass, please ensure all dogs are well-socialised, enjoy the company of others, and are comfortable sharing the space.

💉 Vaccination & Parasite Protection
All dogs must be fully vaccinated to use the arena.
As we’re set in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by forest and wildlife (including deer), we strongly advise keeping your dogs up to date on flea, tick, and other parasite prevention to protect their health.

💩 Pick It Up, Please!
We know accidents happen — it’s part of dog life! But please bag and bin any fouling straight away. We provide bins and bags onsite to make this easy. Keeping the space clean is part of respecting the next dog’s turn to play.

🚗 Respect Parking & Car Limits
Each pass includes specific car limits. If you’re unsure or have a special request, just drop us a message — we’re happy to help.

⏰ Stick to Your Booking Times
To ensure smooth transitions and privacy, please arrive and leave on time. It helps us maintain the peaceful vibe we’re proud of.
